Lead edge feeding unit

1.Adopt four-row leading edge paper feeding system to improve the accuracy and smoothness of paper feeding. 2.dopt frequency conversion to adjust the air volume, increase the stability and accuracy of thin cardboard and warped cardboard transmission.

3.Left and right side baffles, electric guide mechanism, stable and precise displacement. 4.Clutch warning, double pneumatic locking, safe and reliable 5.The upper paper feed roller (roller diameter is 136mm) is seamless steel pipe, wrapped with 6.The down paper feeding roller(Ф136mm) is the seamless steel tube , ginning and hard chromium plating ,balance correction . 7.The gap between the paper feeding roller and the worm wheel are adjusted by the dial, the adjustment range is 0-12mm, and the structure of the cross slider is adopted, and the transmission gear will always maintain the correct meshing state when adjusting. 8.Equipped with high-quality brushes and a dust suction device, it can remove a large amount of impurities on the printing surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality

PRINTING UNIT

1.Steel material, surface grinding and hard chrome plating. 2.Balance correction, stable operation. 3.Full plating slot is suitable for 10 mm plate . 4.Loading and unloading the printing plate, pedal switch control the forward and backward. 5.Diameter of the roller is Ф405mm（including printing plate). 6.Cooperate with the paper feeding pneumatic lifting screen roller to prevent the ink in the screen roller hole from drying up when the printing plate is repeatedly inked or shut down for a short time. 7.The middle and high of the rubber roller grinding, good transferring ink effect. 8.The printing phasing adopts PLC and electrical digital 360 degree adjustment ( no matter the machine is working or stopping).Phase motor USES worm gear and worm self-locking type motor power 0.37KW. 9.It adopts pneumatic diagram pump for inking, stable and easy to operate and maintain. 10.Steel ink fountain, automatic inking and circulating cleaning.

Slotting Unit

1.Creasing wheel with PU Plated for good creasing and avoiding paper crack 2.Creasing rollers diameter:110mm,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification. 3.Slotting holder rollers diameter:176mm,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification. 4.Cast steel slotting guide plates makes slotting precise and never damage the slotting knife. 5.Crsi Slotting knives 6.Slotting holder rollers gap adjusted by electric and computer control

DIE-CUTTING UNIT

1.The pad roller adopts a mechanical cam groove movement (40mm) structure. Can move 40mm left and right. 2.The gap between the rubber pad roller and the die roller is controlled electrically, the paper feeding stops, the soft roller rises automatically, and returns to the working position when working. 3.Adopt the speed difference compensation device, no matter how the diameter of the rubber pad changes, the linear speed of the rubber pad will automatically track and compensate without manual adjustment. 4.The worn rubber pad roller can be repaired to keep the surface of the rubber pad flat. 5.Optional slotting attachment.
